PROJECT ACTIVITIES
i. Extending counselling and guidance programs to the youths in schools and outside schools including young couples and couples in serious courtship.
ii. Championing back to school campaign countrywide to convince all young school dropouts back to school for formal education or skills training
iii. Conducting skills training and attitude change crusades across the country in areas of Bar and Liquid soap making, Chalk and Black books making, Craft shoes making, craft shoes and bags making, crop growing , animal and poultry keeping, online marketing among other quick but income generating skills
iv. Organizing Educative Music Dance & Drama (EMDD) concerts for positive mindset change, unity and joy.
v. Marketing our members’ products within and outside Uganda for increased revenue and wealth creation
vi. Connecting job seekers to potential employers within the country besides organizing employees and job seekers training in cord of conduct, C.V writing , online application and interviews among others
vii. Reconciling community members in conflict especially due to political differences, land wrangles among others.
viii. Mobilizing the youths to work, save and invest. e desire to raise a generation which is not more minded on “savings and credit” or “saving for credit” but “Saving to invest”
It should be remembered that Ugandans believe in “Savings and Credit Cooperative Organizations (SACCO)” instead of “Saving and Invest Cooperative Organizations (SICO)”. As a result, they misuse the little they earn waiting to get loans yet they don’t repay and the loans are also not enough.
